SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
1.Shipping Options and Methods:
We offer shipping to locations specified on our website. The available shipping options and carriers will be displayed during the checkout process.
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. The estimated processing time will be provided on the product page or during the checkout process.
2. Shipping Costs
India post have advised to expect up to an additional 7 business days on top of the regular time from frame at the moment.
We do deliver all your orders through India Speed Post, DTDC & DHL.
All Domestic orders are shipped through through India speed post
Flat shipping cost- 70rs (Kerala) and 90rs (other states within India)
DTDC on demand (if anyone requested)
Estimated Rates - Rs.100 onwards
All International orders through DHL
Estimated Rates - Rs. 1000 onwards, rate varies according to destination and package size and weight.
Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs authorities for more information on potential charges.
3. Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or logistical delays.
Domestics Shipments: Minimum delivery time of a 3 working days, maximum delivery time of 10 working days.
International Shipments: Minimum delivery time of a 5 working days, maximum delivery time of 15 working days.
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available, to track the progress of your shipment. You can enter the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website to get real-time updates on the status of your delivery.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated after the order is shipped.
5. Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or failure to collect the package from the designated delivery location within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address or discuss reshipment options. Additional shipping charges may apply for re shipment.
